Why Is Selling The Greatest Job In The World?

What sells? Selling does not deceive people to buy. Real selling is a lot of things.

Selling is helping people grow. If you have a product or service that will improve customers' lives in some way, you are helping these customers live a better life. Does your product save more money than the cost? Then you are obligated to answer any questions they have, which will help start the place to save money as soon as possible.


Selling gives great advice. This is the view of my favorites. Best sellers only give advice that will benefit customers. Real, unbiased advice can be seen from a mile away. So can not lie. Be able to advise you with the agenda. "What is best for this customer?" is a professional question to ask yourself. This attitude will show itself in every word and gesture.

Selling is to improve the economy and make the flow of money. A bad economy does not mean there is less money. Nothing to burn money. It just does not change hands fast enough. Actions sell speed things along with money for the people who make the products, their workers, family workers and merchants they buy from. Every time you buy something, hundreds of people benefit. And those who sell more, buy more.

Selling to make other people happy. People love to get new things. They like to buy something from a seller who is friendly and helpful. Experience buying from you may be a high point on the man. If customers are not happy after they buy what you sell, you sell something wrong.

"How to sell" is the knowledge that you can get the most benefit. Selling is the applied science of human nature. Knowing what motivates human beings, what makes them happy, content, laugh, and such a person is valuable knowledge. Not for use with little purpose, but to make their lives better by knowing you. CEO of large companies almost always a great seller. A large sales force, following of loyal customers are always in high demand ... no matter what the economy. Sales is the only job in every company who actually make a profit. Everyone else in the company depends on the business generated by the seller. Sales force is the backbone of any profitable business. Just stop the sale of the company and see how long it lasts. Not long.

If selling was so great, why does not everyone do it? Because what most people believe are selling.

You really can make a living by selling pressure, using tricks to close, and claims are exaggerated, but you will never build a customer following with this tactic. You will not grow the business.

Selling does not use double-talk to confuse customers. Selling is explained. Selling is educating.

The lifeblood of any business is repeat business from satisfied customers and referrals from their customers.

If you help your customers as a trusted advisor, you have taken a big step in the right direction.

Always keep in mind your head "What's the best thing I can do for this customer?"

You'll be amazed how often the answer is to help them buy your product.
